Costa Rica honors French terror victims in Parque Francia

Flowers and candles still surround the monument in San José’s Parque Francia to honor the victims of last Friday’s terrorist attacks in Paris. According to the French Embassy in Costa Rica, more than 200 French expats and Costa Ricans gathered in the park on Monday for a candlelight vigil.
