LGBT group Beso Diverso protests alleged discrimination at local bar

Nancy Umaña waves a diversity flag outside Bar Terraza in Parque Central during a protest Friday with LGBT group Beso Diverso. According to Umaña, she and her girlfriend allegedly were kicked out of Bar Terraza on Oct. 8 for kissing, while a kissing straight couple at a nearby table was allowed to stay. Since its founding in 2011, Beso Diverso has held 15 marches at businesses accused of discrimination against LGBT people.
