Meet the October Sloth Kong airport photo contest winner

We have some very flexible winners for our October Sloth Kong airport photo contest.

Elise Wilson, 26, of Australia and her friend Sebas Rozo, 22, of Colombia are competitive cheerleaders who were in Costa Rica for a training program called Cheerobics INTENSITY™.

“We stayed in Puerto Viejo and had an amazing time!” she wrote. “Not sure what was better, the beach or the food!!??”

We’re also not sure you can compare white-sand beaches with rice ‘n’ beans and rondón. But Elise says she and Sebas were training hard with others from the United States, United Kingdom, South Africa and Chile on this new training program, which helps cheerleaders improve their fitness and excel at their stretchiness.

On behalf of Elise and Sebas, we’ll donate $100 to Asociación Sigannos los Buenos, which provides meals and love to hungry children in Guarari, Heredia.

To enter this contest, take your photo with Sloth Kong next time you’re at Juan Santamaría International Airport and share it with us on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter, or email it to sk@ticotimes.net. Be sure to include the hashtag ‪#‎SlothKong‬. Check out our tagboard here: wordpress-257819-2837440.cloudwaysapps.com/skcontest/.

Every month, we’ll choose the most creative photo and donate $100 on behalf of the winner to Asociación Sigannos los Buenos.

Congrats to Elise and Sebas!
