Watch: Police chase interrupts video crew filming in San José

A video shot at Costa Rica’s Parque de la Democracia in San José has gone viral. If you haven’t watched it for yourself, it’s worth 30 seconds of your time.

In the clip, Gary Krause is seen profiling the National Museum of Costa Rica when he’s suddenly interrupted. The timing is impeccable, Krause’s facial expressions (and narration) fantastic, and the person behind the camera frames the shot perfectly.

Check it out:

Krause is the Director of the Office of Adventist Mission, and he was filming a clip for Mission 360 TV, which calls itself “the premier mission TV show of the Seventh-day Adventist Church.”

As for the captured man, he was being chased for allegedly instigating violence during a taxi driver protest at the Legislative Assembly, according to Teletica.

San José’s director of National Police praised the officer, Héctor Guerrero, “who remains in very good physical condition” and was able to catch and detain the perpetrator.
