Dialogue struggles forward, protests continue in Nicaragua

Nicaragua’s powerful Roman Catholic bishops announced they are engaging in talks to resolve a crisis that has left at least 51 people dead in the wake of a crackdown on anti-government protests, initially over proposed cuts to social security benefits that have since been scrapped.
