Café Viñas: Impact of geography on taste of coffee

The coffee farm Café Viñas lies up on a hill near Turrialba Volcano and its coffee grows in volcanic soil. According to farmer Gustavo Vargas Cordoba, those are ideal conditions for aromatic coffee beans.
