Holi Indian Festival of Colors to be celebrated at Club Sebana

The traditional Indian Holi Festival of Colors is right around the corner: a wonderful festival of colors is celebrated every year to welcome spring. In its most iconic activity, participants throw colorful powders at each other in celebration of love. The festival is traditionally celebrated in India, Nepal and countries around the world with Hindu communities.

One of those countries is Costa Rica, in which the festival will be celebrated on March 10 at the Club Sebana in Belén, Heredia, northwest of San José. For this year’s edition, the theme is peace and happiness (and what could be nicer than that?). The event is organized by the Indian Community in Costa Rica (CRIA).
