Garnier development firm joins ranks of ‘esencial Costa Rica’

The real estate development firm Garnier & Garnier has won the right to use the tourism trademark “esencial Costa Rica,” joining 45 companies wearing this “essential” national brand.

This step reiterates the commitment to our corporate sustainability strategy that prevails in each project we develop,” said Karla Quevedo, commercial director for Garnier & Garnier Desarrollos Inmobiliarios, a developer with 18 years’ experience breaking ground in Costa Rica. “More importantly, it recognizes the talent of the multidisciplinary team that we are, our true essence and best quality. We look forward to contributing to the progress of the local industry and to be an ally of the country’s development.”

The “esencial Costa Rica” brand seeks to position the country competitively to drive exports, attract investment and promote tourism.

The Foreign Trade Promotion Office (PROCOMER) evaluates applicants for the trademark based on excellence, sustainability, social progress, innovation and Costa Rican origin.

“It is certainly a privilege to be part of the select group of Costa Rican companies that will help to highlight the values that we stand for as a producer country of quality products and services,” Quevedo said.
