Pain and pride: Costa Rica falls to the Netherlands in hard-fought World Cup quarterfinal

After the teams played to a scoreless time through regulation and overtime, the Dutch eliminated the Ticos on penalties. Costa Rica’s national team flies home on  Tuesday, after completing its best performance at the World Cup.
