PAC’s Luis Guillermo Solís votes in Curridabat

Citizen Action Party presidential candidate Luis Guillermo Solís casts his ballot at 10 a.m. at the Liceo de Curridabat, east of San José. Solís and Broad Front Party candidate José María Villalta both reported Sunday morning that their cellphones had been disconnected after someone falsely reported them stolen. Both phones were reconnected this morning.
