Book launch for Rowling’s latest

The British Embassy, in cooperation with Librería Internacional, is hosting a book launch event for J.K. Rowling’s new book, “The Casual Vacancy,” from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. on Sept. 27 at the Shakespeare Bar inside Sala Garbo (located at Ca. 28 and Av. 2, 100 meters south of the Pizza Hut on Paseo Colón).

A limited number of books in English will be given out free to those who confirm attendance in advance.

The event will include readings from the new book. RSVP to Bruce Callow at Bruce.Callow@fco.gov.uk.
