UNITED Airlines has become theonly airline to offer non-stop flightsbetween San José and Chicago, Illinois,the U.S. airline announced Dec. 23. Thenew flight, which is weekly, joinsUnited’s daily flights from San José: anon-stop to Washington, D.C., and to LosAngeles, California, via Guatemala.United is expanding its service toLatin America and has increased the numberof seats available by 25%, accordingto a statement from the airline, whichbroke its own occupancy records in everymonth of 2004. Chicago, Denver, LosAngeles, San Francisco and Washington,D.C. are United’s international hubs.From Chicago, United has also addedflights to Buenos Aires, Argentina, andRio de Janeiro, Brazil.
