MISS Honduras 2002, ErickaRamÃrez, last week was found guilty ofslandering Honduran pageant directorEduardo Zablah and sentenced to housearrest in the north-coast town of LaCeiba, 350 kilometers north ofTegucigalpa, according to the Hondurandaily La Prensa.The 19-year-old former beauty queenwill have to appear before judges for theformal sentencing June 11. She faces upto four years in prison, and a $250,000fine.RamÃrez claimed that Zablah and hisfriends sexually harassed her and withheldpresents from the pageant organizers.Her accusations came shortly afterZablah alleged that RamÃrez was born inthe Nicaraguan Atlantic coast town ofBluefields and was not really Honduran.
