Mexican authorities on Thursday deported a U.S. teenager known for using an "affluenza" defense in a fatal Texas drunk-driving accident, a month after the fugitive was caught at a resort.
On Wednesday, Ethan Couch, aka the "affluenza" teen, won a three-day delay from deportation from Mexico where he was detained weeks after fleeing probation imposed for a deadly drunk-driving crash in Texas.
