Condé Nast Traveler honors Mead Brown

Top-notch “Truth in Travel” magazine Condé Nest Traveler recently distinguished one of Costa Rica’s own, Mark Mead, who is CEO of the boutique vacation rental firm Mead Brown Costa Rica, as a villa rental specialist. Mead is one of only 44 in the world – and the only one in Costa Rica – to earn that distinction, according to Michael Brown of Costa Rica Vacation Rentals.

The category of villa rental specialist comes only after the magazine conducts a rigorous, months-long screening and vetting process based on a candidate’s regional knowledge, communication skills, expertise and dependability.

“Recognition by Condé Nast Traveler, known for delivering ‘truth in travel,’ affirms that Mead Brown delivers what we promise: an exceptional experience for guests vacationing in Costa Rica,” Mead said in a statement. “From our professionally-managed villas and condominiums, to our complimentary daily housekeeping, private chef services, tours and transfers, we deliver dependable and friendly service.”

Mead Brown (www.meadbrown.com) is a vacation rental agency that offers professionally-managed premium villas and condominiums in Costa Rica, as well as full concierge services for virtually anything their guests require, including in-villa spa and massage treatments, private chef service, world-class fishing for marlin and sail fish, yacht and helicopter charters, tours and activities.

Condé Nast Traveler (www.cntraveler.com) has a circulation of 800,000. Its correspondents do not accept free accommodations. The latest issue of Condé Nast Traveler is on newsstands now.
