And here are your Sloth Kong Airport Photo Contest winners…

Remember back in March when we announced that our beloved Sloth Kong was taking over Costa Rica’s Juan Santamaría International Airport? Well, it turns out that the hospitality offered to big SK at his new digs has been overwhelming. Hundreds – perhaps thousands – of travelers passing through Costa Rica’s busiest air hub have stopped to snap their photo with Sloth Kong.

We also took the opportunity to launch a photo contest, and here are our winners for the months of March, April and May. Contest rules are simple: Take your photo with Sloth Kong before boarding your flight back home, share it with us on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter or email it to sk@ticotimes.net. Be sure to include the hashtag ‪#‎SlothKong‬. Check out our tagboard here: wordpress-257819-2837440.cloudwaysapps.com/skcontest/.

Every month, we’ll choose the most creative photo and donate $100 on behalf of the winner to the institution Hogar Sol, for needy children. Visit them at HogarSol.org.

Congratulations to our first three winners, Nikole Lee, Ross Rosen (and kids) and Mauricio Zuluaga. You rock!
