Presidents Obama, Solís meet in New York

U.S. President Barack Obama, Costa Rican first lady Mercedes Peñas, Costa Rican President Luis Guillermo Solís and U.S. first lady Michelle Obama meet for the first time during a reception hosted by Obama for world leaders at the Waldorf Astoria Hotel in New York on Tuesday, Sept. 23. Solís tweeted that he hoped the meeting was the start of a cordial relationship between the two leaders.
