Ready for Costa Rica

England’s National Men’s Football Team is hours away from hosting the Costa Rican National Team at Elland Road, Leeds. The match is one of two remaining international friendlies for La Sele as it makes its way the World Cup.

The broadcast of the game, which will begin at 1 pm local time, will give Costa Ricans another chance to see their team in action before the World Cup begins.

The team is fresh from its 3-0 victory over Northern Ireland. Following today’s match, the team will head to Brussels for another friendly against Belgium on June 11.

Once these friendlies are complete, the team will travel from Brussels to Russia to prepare for the World Cup, where it will face off against Serbia, Brazil and Switzerland in the first round of play.
