Another drop in gas prices starts Tuesday

Drivers will pay less at the pump starting Tuesday, following a drop in gas prices that was posted at midnight Monday on the online version of the official newspaper La Gaceta.

The per-liter price of super gasoline decreased from â‚¡786 ($1.55) to â‚¡769 ($1.52), while plus gasoline went from â‚¡748 ($1.48) to â‚¡736 ($1.45) and diesel from â‚¡669 ($1.34) to â‚¡667.

The Public Services Regulatory Authority also announced they will apply another cut of â‚¡80 per liter in December. This would be the biggest cut of the year.
