U.S. Citizen Killed In Beach House Fire

JUDICIAL authorities are investigatingthe death of U.S. citizen DanielLoroin, 49, who apparently burned todeath as his house in the southernCaribbean beach town Puerto Viejo wasconsumed by flames.His body was found one meter insidethe entrance to his home, the daily AlDía reported, which led police to believehe attempted to leave the home.The fire was reported by Loroin’sneighbors to police, who called firefightersin the Caribbean port town ofLimón. Firefighters arrived at the scenean hour later, only to find his body, AlDía reported.
