The Serenade of the Seas, a Royal Caribbean cruise ship, arrived Friday morning to the port of Puntarenas with 694 cruise passengers and 819 crew members.
“We have come a long way to protect people from the virus,” said President Carlos Alvarado. “However, 804,331 people in the target population have yet to be vaccinated. Let's get vaccinated!”
