Three Suspects Arrested for Cutting Off Man’s Finger

POLICE arrested three suspects for allegedly threatening a man with a gun and cutting off the little finger on his left hand. The assault took place in the central Pacific port town of Puntarenas Sunday, after which the suspects fled in a green Mitsubishi Montero, abandoned it in a fish storage facility and switched their vehicle for a Hyundai Electra, which the police stopped in downtown Puntarenas.
