Only one week until International Sloth Day!

To get you excited for the best athletic event of the year, Toucan Rescue Ranch is here with the best sloth content on the web!

Sloth Elementary

This video explains our Sloth Release Program, a joint project with The Sloth Institute Costa Rica, called Saving Sloths Together. TRR sloths go through a graduation process on their way to the wild. They must first go through pre-school, elementary school, high school, and then graduate to university. After university, they are on their own #backinthewild!

Sloth Preschool

If you loved our Sloth Elementary video, then you are going to love Sloth Preschool! Sloth Preschool at Toucan Rescue Ranch is every baby sloths’ new home when they first arrive at the rescue center. These sloths are found abandoned, injured, or otherwise without mom and brought to TRR to be raised for eventual release. Follow along with the daily life of these 2-4-month-old sloths as they sleep, eat, play and cuddle!

Don’t forget to support their journey back to the wild by checking out the 2019 Sloth Ironman Campaign or ordering one of this year’s exclusive #Sloth Ironman t-shirts! Tomorrow is the last day to order.

The 4th Annual Sloth Ironman Games

Watch as your favorite slothlete competes in the 2019 Sloth Ironman Games Series. The series includes a 4-part challenge of enrichment activities. And yes, the fastest sloth wins! All donations made during the Sloth Ironman Games will be put towards each sloth’s release back into the wild. Be on the lookout on our social media for updates leading up to the event!
