BREAKING: Liberation presidential candidate Johnny Araya to hold much-anticipated press conference

March 5, 2014

National Liberation Party presidential candidate Johnny Araya said he will make an important announcement this afternoon at the Hotel Corobicí in western San José. The announcement comes the day after the publication of a poll by University of Costa Rica’s Semanario Universidad that showed Araya with only 20.9 percent support, while opposition candidate Luis Guillermo Solís captured 64.4 percent.
