Verdeza Escazú to open

One of many new retirement communities, Verdeza Escazú, will break ground by the end of 2013, and is now accepting reservations. Verdeza will be located in Escazú in the Trejos Montealegre neighborhood, next to Avenida Escazú and close to Hospital CIMA. 

The property consists of 61 apartments, a restaurant-style dining room and numerous social areas. The building will feature 24-hour nursing staff as well as an on-call general doctor. The there will be individual care plan packages including independent living, assisted living, memory support and Alzheimer’s care and skilled nursing. 

At Verdeza, residents do not own the apartments. They pay a monthly fee. There will be temporary stays at a daily rate.
