Costa Rican soccer legend Rolando Fonseca will put on the Comunicaciones de Guatemala club colors again for the next six months, he told reporters, adding that he intended on returning to score goals with the Costa Rican national team once his contract is up.

Fonseca, who played as forward for the Guatemalan team in 1997-1998, 1998-1999 and 2000-2002, said he will head to Guatemala by the weekend.

It was a personal and family decision,” said Fonseca. “I got a good offer.” Nicknamed “El Principito” (the Little Prince), Rolando Fonseca is regarded by fans as one of the most talented players of all time. His last post was forward and captain of the club Municipal Liberia, in the Costa Rican Primera Divisón league.
