Book Donations Sought

Looking for used books for kindergarten and first-grade children in schools without resources in the Southern Zone, where many schools have very few books and certainly not enough for all students. We wish to work with the teachers and donate books, as well as to visit different schools each week to read with the students. For information, call Big Mike’s Place in Escazú at 289-6087 or Katherine Bolland of the Zancudo Association for the Protection of Animals (ZAPPA) at 776-0047.
