President Abel Pacheco (left) and his Mexicancounterpart Vicente Fox yesterday admired a plaque, newly placedat Casa Presidencial, commemorating the 25th anniversary of thedonation of the building by the Mexican government. BothPresidents said Fox’s 20-hour visit was short but productive andincluded agreements to increase cooperation in energy and education.Pacheco later joined Fox on his plane to Mar de Plata,Argentina, where they will participate in the IV Summit of theAmericas.
