THE Costa Rican Tourism Institute(ICT) Web site, www.visitcostarica.com,now offers English translations of lawsand regulations related to the touristindustry.Translated laws and regulations availableon the site include those governingtourism companies and activities, lodgingcompanies, the Papagayo area tourismproject, adventure tourism, incentives fortourism development, and the concessionand function of tourist marinas.The institute Web site also includesinformation in French and German, andreceives an average of 90,000 visitors permonth, according to an ICT statement.
