VISITORS to the Juan SantamaríaInternational Airport in Alajuela, northwestof San José, can now await theirflights in luxurious surroundings at theairport’s new VIP lounge, inauguratedFeb. 17.The 270-square meter lounge offersfeatures such as satellite television, internationalphone service, free appetizers anddrinks, a wide selection of internationalnewspapers and magazines and a smokinglounge, according to the Web sitewww.viplounge-cr.com.The lounge is open to members from5 a.m.-11 p.m. daily.
