Early morning earthquake registers a 4.9 magnitude

A third earthquake hit earthquake this week. At 12:42 a.m., on Thursday, an earthquake with a 4.9 magnitude on the Richter scale shook Costa Rica.

According to the Volcanological and Seismological Observatory of Costa Rica (OVSICORI), the quake was located 26 km southwest of Quepos.
