FOR the third consecutive year,the Ministry of Culture is presenting“Culture in the Outdoors, Summer atthe National Cultural Center(CENAC),” weekends through March19. Events this weekend will include aconcert by Celtic-music bandPeregrino Gris, tonight at 6 p.m., afusion concert tomorrow at 5 p.m., and“tarde familiar” (family afternoon)Sunday from 4-8 p.m., featuringclowns, a popular dance workshop bythe National Dance Company, danceperformances and more.
