Colombian star Karol G has added a second concert in Costa Rica after tickets for her first National Stadium show sold out within hours. The new date is scheduled for Saturday, November 28, 2026, at the National Stadium in San José. It will follow her first show on Friday, November 27, which was the original Costa Rica stop on her Viajando Por El Mundo Tropitour.
Tickets for the second concert went on sale yesterday at 5 p.m. through eticket.cr. The first sales phase is reserved for BAC Mastercard holders using debit or credit cards issued in Costa Rica. Once that block of tickets sells out, general sales will open to the public.
The second date was announced after strong demand for the first concert, which went on sale earlier Monday at 10 a.m. By the afternoon, the original November 27 show no longer had availability.
Ticket prices range from ¢33,400 for South Bleachers to ¢170,700 for the 200 Copas Pits 1 and 2 sections. Other options include Lawn at ¢39,500, East and West Shade at ¢45,600, Stalls/Balcony at ¢61,300, Tropicoqueta at ¢73,500, Special Stalls at ¢97,800, and box seats at ¢110,000. All prices include service charges and taxes.
Based on the reference exchange rate published Monday by the Central Bank of Costa Rica, those prices run from roughly $73 to $374, depending on the section. The Central Bank listed the dollar at ¢455.24 for buying and ¢460.51 for selling on May 11.
The concerts are currently listed for attendees ages 12 and older while the final public-events classification is pending. Minors must attend with an adult and will only be allowed in the bleacher sections of the National Stadium.
Karol G’s return to Costa Rica comes after her March 2024 run at the same venue, when she filled two National Stadium dates during her Mañana Será Bonito tour. Her Costa Rica appearances have become some of the country’s biggest recent concert events, reflecting the size of her local fan base.
The Viajando Por El Mundo Tropitour is tied to her album Tropicoqueta and includes major stadium stops across North America, Latin America and Europe. The tour follows another major stretch in her career, including her Grammy win for Best Música Urbana Album for Mañana Será Bonito and continued recognition at the Latin Grammy Awards.
With two National Stadium dates now on the calendar, Costa Rica is once again positioned as a major stop for one of Latin music’s biggest artists. The rapid sellout of the first concert suggests the second date could also move quickly, especially during the BAC Mastercard presale.
