Ciao, Sele: see you on the other side

Costa Rica’s National Men’s Soccer Team, or La Sele, headed off to England today en route to the 2018 World Cup in Russia. Fresh from its 3-0 victory over Northern Ireland yesterday, the team will take on England Thursday night at Elland Road in Leeds, then Belgium in Brussels on June 11.

Once these friendlies are complete, the team will travel from Brussels to Russia to prepare for the World Cup, where it will face off against Serbia, Brazil and Switzerland in the first round of play.
