Doctors reel in sailfish

Mario Saenz and Steve Eubank of Orlando, Florida, fished offshore for two days in August aboard the Gamefisher II, and had a blast enjoying a wonderful sailfish bite off Playa Flamingo. They used an exciting fishing method that involved teasing the sailfish up with hookless lures and switching them to a bait on 30# tackle.

The first day they raised 21 sails, had 19 bites and successfully released 13 sailfish. They also caught a nice dorado for ceviche. Their second day, Saenz and Eubank raised 13 sailfish, had 9 bites and released all 9. Either those fish were hungry or these guys were on their game. Maybe it was both?
