Marriott Costa Rica to host ‘Ecotriathlon’

The Los Sueños Marriott Ocean & Golf Resort, a luxury resort in Herradura, on the central Pacific coast, is hosting an “Ecotriathlon” Sept. 3-4. Athletes can compete in various distances from 200 meters to 10 kilometers, according to a company press release. To draw attention to environmental awareness, athletes will plant trees before the race, and hotel volunteers will release baby sea turtles into the ocean.
