Calling all environmental filmmakers
Costa Rica’s International Environmental Film Festival is now accepting entries for its second annual film fest, to be held in San José, November 20-26. Filmmakers have until August 16 to submit entries to the Costa Rican Cinematography Production Center. For submission guidelines (in Spanish), see www.criteriofilmfest.org.
In addition to showing films that address environmental issues around the world, the festival will offer environmental forums, discussions and debates. International and national experts in both film and environmental issues will participate. The festival is supported by new Tourism Minister Allan Flores.
