People with Disabilities Get Car-Tax Exemptions

PEOPLE with disabilities can nowpurchase cars tax-free, thanks to a modificationto the existing tax-exemption law.President Abel Pacheco signed the modificationinto law last month.For the exemption to apply, the vehiclebeing purchased must be intended forthe exclusive use of a person with a disabilitythat makes it difficult for him orher to use public transportation.
