Costa Rica’s ‘La Sele’ begins training for World Cup friendly match

In preparation for a friendly match against Paraguay on Wednesday, Costa Rica’s men’s national team held a training session Monday morning at the Costa Rican Football Federation’s practice fields. This will be the last chance for the country to see “La Sele” play at home before the World Cup in June, but as of this morning only 20 percent of the tickets to the game had been sold.
