Where Can One Find Audio Books?

I am the librarian for the European School. We have a couple of kids here who are handicapped and could make very good use of audio books (books on tape for the blind). I remember seeing, a long time ago, a reference to a place here in Costa Rica where one can rent or get access to audio books. Do you know where I could find audio books here?
