Backstreet Boys world tour may be coming to Costa Rica in 2020

Everybody, rock your body: The Backstreet Boys may be coming to Costa Rica.

The mega-popular U.S. boy band has received authorization to perform at Parque Viva on Feb. 28, 2020, according to Costa Rica’s Economy Ministry (MEIC).

The authorization notice says the event would be part of the Backstreet Boys “DNA World Tour,” which began this year. It’s slotted for a 7 p.m. start time at the Coca-Cola Amphitheater, which has a capacity for 16,000 people.

The band has not announced its 2020 tour dates, so nothing is official yet. But we hope they’re not playin’ games with our hearts and that we’ll see the Backstreet Boys in Costa Rica next year.
