The 2018 edition of the International Arts Festival (FIA) kicked off on Friday with national and international artists, particularly visitors from this year’s highlighted country, Colombia.

Throughout the weekend, performances from music to puppetry to dance took place throughout central and eastern San José, from the Plaza de la Cultura to the Plaza Máximo Fernández in front of the Escuela Roosevelt in San Pedro.

For maps and a detailed schedule, or to download the FIA2018 app, visit the government-sponsored event’s Facebook page or website.
