A hostel in Manuel Antonio is recruiting management and operations staff for our high season (December 2025 – May 2026). Specifically, we are looking for:

General Manager with experience in the hospitality industry. Manager’s compensation is negotiable. Compensation includes onsite accommodations, meals and access to hostel amenities.

Volunteers for reception (10), housekeeping (5), cooking (3) and maintenance (1). Volunteers are provided air-conditioned dorm room and vegan breakfast in exchange for working 20 hours/week. Volunteers have access to hostel amenities.

The hostel is located near Manuel Antonio National Park, within walking distance to Quepos (10 minutes) and access to public transportation (5 minutes).

The hostel features 25 bungalow units, 2 swimming pools and a restaurant. Facilities include onsite laundry.
