I am a semi-retired Construction Manager from Toronto, Canada who now lives in San Antonio, Escazu. I have spent my career life in Canada building numerous projects, starting with custom homes in 1975. Over the years, my residential projects included 46 single-family residences, 1600 townhouses, and 780 mid-rise suites.

I began living in Costa Rica full-time in 2024. I am still too young to stop working and doing what I have enjoyed doing all my life, and therefore, I have decided to share my knowledge and skill performing the Work for others.
