Week 32 Condo Share for Sale at Condovac La Costa

This is a lifetime share, meaning it never expires and can be passed down to your children, grandchildren, etc.
The property is priced at $8,000 USD, but we’re open to offers. There’s no annual membership fee, just a yearly maintenance fee of about $800.
The villas are Standard category, comfortably accommodating six (6) people, and come fully equipped with daily cleaning service included.
You can enjoy one week per year during Week 32 (the second week of August).
You also have the option to join RCI by paying an extra fee at the Condovac La Costa facilities. This allows you to use your week anywhere in the world. If you don’t use the week in Costa Rica, you can deposit it and enjoy it elsewhere. Once deposited, RCI will give you an extra free week.
Members get a 20% discount on accommodation, food, and drinks at the Condovac facilities year-round.
Amenities: The resort has 107 fully equipped villas for a relaxing stay. Each villa includes hot water, a living room with a sofa bed, terrace, cable TV, telephone, air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and two double beds.
Endless Entertainment: Enjoy the sun, sand, and a variety of activities like tennis, bingo, pool tables, a playground, beach volleyball, diving, aerobics, walking trails, mountain biking, tours to National Parks and Biological Reserves, sport fishing, aquatic equipment rentals, a tropical-themed disco, jacuzzi, wet bar, three swimming pools (one with an infinity edge), a conference center, and both local and international cuisine at the restaurant.
