Second Starbucks announced for Costa Rica, will open in November

Can’t get enough espresso? Starbucks has announced a location for its second Costa Rican store.

The U.S. coffee franchise will expand to the new Lincoln Plaza in Moravia, northeast of San José, according to El Financiero. Portafolio Inmboliario, the mall’s developers, will inaugurate the plaza Nov. 10.

The first Starbucks in Costa Rica opened in June in Plaza Avenida Escazú, southwest of San José. When the famous U.S. coffee chain debuted in the country, customers waited in lines that wrapped around the outside of the building.

Other brands confirmed for the 95,000-square-meter Lincoln Plaza include CCM Cinemas (with seven screens), Chili’s, Pizza Hut, KFC, Quizno’s Subs and Pops ice cream, El Financiero reported.

Portafolio Inmboliario is investing $54 million in Plaza Lincoln.
