IN November, the ConstitutionalChamber of the Supreme Court (Sala IV)ruled in favor of Gerardo Mora, a 41-year-old blind man who filed a lawsuitagainst a restaurant that blocked his entrywith his guide dog.The ruling is expected to set a precedentfor blind people to enter this type ofbusiness with their guide dogs.
