NO SCISSORS, no glue, just paper: A group of kids try theirhands at origami, the Japanese art of paper folding, at a summerworkshop held at the Costa Rican Art Museum, on theeast side of La Sabana Park in San José. In this age-old art, colored sheets of square paper are folded in various ways tocreate figures such as cranes, frogs and balloons. Summerworkshops at the art museum are now full; for year-roundcourses in origami and other arts, call Escuela Casa delArtista, in Guadalupe, at 234-1233.
