Vince Vaughn Vacations in Costa Rica

Hollywood actor Vince Vaughn was recently in Costa Rica vacationing at the Pacific beaches of Malpaís and Santa Teresa, on the NicoyaPeninsula, according to reports in the daily Al Día.

Photos of the actor relaxing in shorts, a T-shirt and tennis shoes appeared in the daily. NicoyaPeninsula residents told Al Día Vaughn was “charismatic and friendly” as he toured the area on a quad bike, checked his e-mail at an Internet café and rented a small boat to go fishing. He reportedly had luck out on the water and caught five fish, one weighing 40 pounds.

Vaughn, who established his comedic prowess in 1996’s beloved “Swingers” (“Vegas, baby, we’re going to Vegas!”) and a host of recent films including “Wedding Crashers” and the incomparable “Old School,” has made headlines in recent years for his romance with former “Friends” star Jennifer Aniston following her split from husband Brad Pitt. After more than a year of media frenzy surrounding the low-profile couple, Vaughn and Aniston split in December.
