To make it comfortable for four people we purchased a sofa/trundle bed for the main living area. It easily converts into a double bed and makes this condo suitable for two couples. You can also rent Casita SeeSea as a one-bedroom investment property or, if you choose, you can lock off the bedroom and rent it as a studio with an amazing view.
The floors are tiled throughout and extend out to large outdoor living area with the most incredible view of the ocean, the jungle in front and the jungle to the side and SO private. Purchase as a rental unit, or enjoy it yourself or both. Fully furnished, lock and leave, turnkey.
The unit boasts beautiful dark hardwood doors and trim, extra large kitchen with granite counter tops that flow into the living room that connects to the outdoor living area, truly a large open-concept living space. And the views, WOW.
We installed a stackable washer/dryer unit in the separate laundry space behind the front entrance. It has large mahogany bi-fold door and even has a small cement laundry tub. With the breeze on the third floor, we hang our clothes out to dry in the fragrant breeze rather than using the dryer.
There are 2 separate a/c units if you tire of the breeze, one a/c unit is in the extra-large master bedroom and the 2nd air conditioner in main living area.
Every single window has a spectacular view of nature; monkeys, sloths, lizards, tropical birds, rainforest and so much wildlife including whale families migrating up and down the Pacific Coast often resting in the bay with their whale calves. We are a 10-minute drive from Dominical and 15-minute from Uvita.
It is only a 5-minute drive to Playa Dominicalito, which we call the home beach and just a couple of minutes to the Pacific Coastal highway. This beach is perfect for beginner surfers or tide pool explorers as well as swimming and beachcombing. Four-wheel drive isn’t necessary to get to Marisol because you are on the first ridge.
The grounds at Marisol roll into the wilds of the jungle but there is still a feeling of comfort, of luxury when you enjoy a sunset from the infinity pool or the upper pool Crow’s Nest that has an even better view of Dominicalito Bay than the infinity pool.
HOA fees are $3,600/year which include water, a gated secure community with armed guards 24/7, maintenance of pools, landscaping and exterior condominium upgrades.
